Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

Reel Adrenaline Guide Service , Cliff Sallee, take many precautionary measures to ensure a safe day on the water. Clients must understand that there are many uncontrolled and inherent risks surrounding water activities and fishing. Those risks include, but are not limited to: slips, trips and falls, loss of balance, man overboard situations, drowning, boat collisions, nicks and cuts from knives and fishing tackle, dehydration, and exposure to the elements.

All persons over the age of 14 years old are not required to wear a life jacket, however, we highly encourage it. All children under the age of 14 must wear a life jacket at all times on docks, in boats, or near the water’s edge. USCG approved life vests will be provided to all persons under the care, custody and control of Reel Adrenaline Guide Service.

All will receive a safety briefing prior to leaving dockside to familiarize all passengers with water safety, life jacket and throwable locations, first aid kit locations and fire extinguisher locations. It is the responsibility of the clients to pay attention to the safety briefing and ask any questions they may have to ensure their personal safety. While on the water, clients are encouraged to remain seated at all times except while conducting fishing activities. While trolling in rough water conditions and anytime the vessel is underway(over 5mph)all clients must remain seated for their safety. 

All clients in the care, custody and control of Reel Adrenaline Guide Service must abide by state laws regarding the possession and use of alcohol and drugs. All federally controlled water and lands do not allow possession or use of recreational marijuana and clients are required to strictly adhere to the laws governing these areas. Clients are expected to maintain a state of sobriety that allows them to care for themselves and/or others in the event of an emergency. Any obnoxious, rude, unsafe, disruptive or loud behavior will not be tolerated and the trip will be over.
